Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, certain terms are used with specific meanings. "Platform" refers to the KIS198 website along with all related services, mobile applications, and systems. "Member" means any individual who has registered and holds an active account at KIS198. "Account Balance" refers to the total cash available in a member's account, excluding bonuses still subject to wagering. "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount that must be wagered before any bonus or bonus winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.

The term "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that members must complete before their first withdrawal is approved. Member Conduct

KIS198 expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully towards other members and our staff. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without a refund:

• Communicating with intent to deceive, manipulate, or exploit other members
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorized means
• Using another person's information to register or access an account
• Involvement in money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions
• Spreading false information about KIS198 to the public

Liability Cap

KIS198 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors. KIS198 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to internet connection disruption on the member's end
• Financial losses resulting from legitimate game outcomes
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers
• Any unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence

KIS198's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

KIS198 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including:

• Violation of any section in this Terms and Conditions document
• Detection of fraudulent activity or system abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining cash balance in the account may be forfeited subject to kis198's assessment. Members may appeal the account closure decision by contacting our customer support in writing within 14 days from the date of the closure notice.

Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

KIS198 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Terms and Conditions document at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. KIS198 will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via email or in-app notifications; however, it is the member's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

By continuing to use the KIS198 platform after any amendments are published, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

This Terms and Conditions document is governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties before any legal action is taken.
